I’ve been a customer of Coralville Culligan for many years now. I believe that Annette Tippey has always been my contact person whenever I’ve had questions or needed service. Throughout that time, Annette has been unfailingly friendly, helpful, and efficient. Yesterday’s delivery was another such example of many. I was having some issues with a functional but slow filling dispenser. Annette immediately arranged for a replacement and I was able to swap out units within 24 hours! That kind of service, in this day and age? Uncommon, if not unprecedented, and I sincerely appreciate it! A shout out to the delivery drive, too; I don’t have his or her name, but they are always reliable and come through in all sorts of weather. Thank you!

The service on the phone and in person Is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just this past November we were having water isssue with smell and orange stain in the sinks. They identified some possible issues which we tried. Things improved but not 100% so they came back again and reassessed the problem. Everything is perfect and back to normal. Thank you very much.

They work,! Dustin was by today, I was unsure of the discoloring of the water in the brine tank. It’s normal, the salt is not perfectly clean. I mentioned that the r/o system appeared to have been moved around, so he did some looking under the sink, and decided to check the filters,. So glad he did, the filters were very much in need of replacing! Thank you Dustin The business is only as good as their employees are! Culligan you have a trustworthy, thorough, and fully professional employee in Dustin. A satisfied customer.
