Joel, Technician for Culligan in Corpus Christi Tx made a priority visit to my home today. He immediately knew what to do for the constant beeping from my water unit. He explained the problem, fixed it and explained preventative measures. He is a five star employee in my opinion as he fixed everything repidly.
I have advised my technician and others at Culligan to update their computer program to send out an advisory about the need for a service calls. I almost left Culligan as I was not contacted one year and my kitchen flooded. Please help your customers receive updated service calls or messages or letters to facilitate this small request.
I believe a charcoal filter is essential prior to the softener and our water quality has improved. Culligan Ultrapure delivered and installed exactly like they presented at the time of sale.
