My overall experience has been excellent! The water softener, reverse osmosis system, and carbon filter have made a noticeable difference, our water tastes great and has no odor at all. The installation by Joel Bueno was excellent. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions while clearly explaining how everything works. I would also like to recognize Kenny Wood, my initial point of contact. Kenny is an outstanding representative for Culligan, very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in addressing all of my questions. Overall, this has been a great experience from start to finish.
