I had an excellent experience with Richard Barraza from Culligan\! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish\. He fixed the issue with my system and took his time to thoroughly explain everything to me, making sure I understood what was going on and what he had done to correct it\. Richard was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and kind\. I never felt like he was rushing through the service call, and I truly appreciated the time and care he took to make sure everything was working properly before he left\. He also reassured me that if I had any additional issues or concerns, I should not hesitate to contact him or Culligan\. It’s not often that you receive this level of customer service\. Richard truly went above and beyond, and Culligan is very fortunate to have someone like him representing their company\. From sales to the installation was simple, professional, explained in detail! Kenny, showed up on time, took his time to explaining in detail every facet of water test and what he/ Culligan could do to fix it. He helped and recommended an electrician for installing an outlet near water softener and a a handyman to pour a slab for a base! Outstanding! The installers again showed up on time and walked me thru the installation process and basic user instructions; very professional, efficient and courteous. Took their time, Made sure I understood what and how everything worked. Cleaned up area after completion like they were never there, outstanding work ethic! Kenny and the installation team made the whole experience comfortable, answering every question! Thank you

It is very nice to have a potable tap. Water right from the spigot! Imagine that! I also like that the salt is delivered and dumped into the holding tank. It saves me a ton of trouble. Anytime I have a problem is addressed promptly and well. All around, I am very pleased with Culligan and my Culligan system.
