The products work, full stop. No problems and very easy to maintain with the service plans, which I appreciate! Regarding the service, Fabian was our technician today- he adjusted the water softness to our preference. He was both very competent and very friendly, and is someone you are completely comfortable having in your home... he represents the company really well! Bottom line... I am 100% satisfied and have no regrets about choosing Culligan!
