The technician arrived as expected and called on me to report that the unit had not been using salt. He checked that it was plugged in; it was, so he and I determined that the electrical outlet was not working. I had an electrician in two days later and we solved the problem. I appreciated that the tech was curious about what had happened; and that he took the time to alert me and to help me resolve the issue.

Fabian and Marvin were very efficient in servicing my softener. Fabian took the time to explain the effect of chlorine on the resin particles and how the new resin should resist that effect. They were also quite friendly, making the service call pleasant.

Reliable deliveries and we can recieve the # of salt bags which we need. The driver will bring the bags in and help load the tank upon request.

And a technician is very, very accommodating and very pleasant, very knowledgable and a pleasure to he comes in and out and fixes everything, does whatever very quickly changes the cartridges on my reverse osmosis system and just have a pleasant man. I'm just very congenial and, and very a good at what he does.
