Fabian and Mike were fantastic in the install. They were friendly, patient with my questions, meticulous in their work, and extremely knowledgeable about the product. I am thrilled with the experience.
It’s an old house with extra pipes going everywhere from work over the years. Not only did they install the new equipment, but also they took the extra time to organize and clean out the piping in general. So, I was only left with what was needed, and everything looked tidy in that basement area. They also took extra time to help me set up the app and show me how everything worked. It was truly great work, and I am very happy with it.

We were a Culligan customer for over 25 years, receiving water softener salt until we sold our house in 2022. In late 2025 we moved to an apartment. Fore the past 5 months we have been receiving Culligan bottled water and are VERY HAPPY with both the product and service.
Our Culligan man Joe has the best of all personality traits one could ask from someone in his role, delivering Culligan water:
1. Kind, polite, and courteous.
2. Exudes a professional demeanor with attention to detail.
3. Swift and particular about where the bottles should be place - not just drop them in a rush.
4. Knows his job well with a confidence.
Me and my wife are both retired in our 70s. We live in an apt that is 1 flight up from the ground floor. With recent knee surgeries, it is next to impossible for me to carry four 5-gallon water bottles up 1 flight. THANKS TO JOE, WE DO NOT HAVE TO EVEN THINK ABOUT THAT PROBLEM.

With the maintenance plan, I always have that clean delicious water, no worries about harness, it gets test annually, and I feel comforted my family is being taken care of with the highest quality water. Service technician Fabian came out to my house today, and took care of the filters for the RO system and Check the softener as well as refill the salt, and tested the water and cleaned the point of use dispenser. Friendly , fast, and efficient. Can't ask for more than that! Professional Service with a smile!
