Our tech, Nick Frey was excellent. He clearly explained what he was doing & summarized his findings, as well as expertly & patiently answering our questions. We were confident with his knowledge. He also mentioned considering the option of a service agreement. Brandon, the area supervisor is also very good. He quickly followed up on our previously voiced concerns regarding Culligan’s Corporate overpricing and explained the benefits of a service agreement. It sounds like the Dayton area’s salt delivery service issues might be improving soon , as well as better trained technicians. Another corporate suggestion: if your customer no longer wants their softener, since it can often be refurbished & resold, or parts scavenged, Culligan should remove it for free or at least for a very minimal fee. (This would be an environmentally responsible action & selling point, especially for the elderly.)

Jesse, the Culligan technician was fantastic! He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We live in Beavercreek Township and the township recently upgraded its water and I had Culligan come out and check the softness levels of our home. Jesse made all of the adjustments and gave us some additional recommendations regarding our system. Culligan is very lucky to have a professional like Jesse!

She may have saved this account, Sandy was very helpful and finally got our invoices to us even though she is in delivery as your invoice line was not picking up. We had repeated called to get our invoices over the last year and they never show up. She fixed the email and they arrived so hopefully we will get them in the future. If not we will be switching suppliers as we cannot call every time. Sandy was a pleasure to talk to.

We have used your home delivery water for 30 years and have been very satisfied. Our delivery person, Dustin G, is quite friendly, courteous and helpful. He puts the full bottle in our garage for us. I always enjoy talking to him.
