Justin is a freindly and competent technician who takes the time to examine the components
of a system to ensure ifs performance.
While on site to service our reverse osmosis system he determined that the softner was not delivering soft water. He diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution, quoted a cost and removed the parts to be repaired with an estimated time that they wiould be reinstalled.
This is the level of service we would like to experience maintaining the devices we rely
on every day.
I had water all over my Mechanical room. Chelsea got me on the schedule same day, sent the technician out and not only did he solve my problem quickly, he wet vacuumed out the rest of the water from the closet. Thank you for all your hard work. I will see you again for my yearly filter changes in june!
The technician was clearly very experienced and patient with our questions. Although we have had the equipment for quite some time, we were not familiar with some of its operations. We were burning through salt and it was determined that the equipment was resetting every time we had a power outage. Ben, the technician is a tremendous asset to the local operation. I would ask for him by name.

The arsenic filter that we have does a good job of removing the arsenic, but requires new material fairly frequently. Our technician, Chris, does a good job for us and is very helpful.
Culligani is great, the products are great, customer service is great & the Technicians are great!! Been with Culligan for nearly 25 yrs. in 2 homes. Just had a small problem with our unit using to much salt. Culligan sent out a technician Chris Christopher. He looked at the unit & advised he could fix the problem & explained what he was going to do in detail. Chris is an asset to your company, he is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about your products. Never had a technician help us like Chris did. He reset the unit & showed me how to reset the unit if I had a similar problem. He wrote down all the settings for me. I would give Chris a 10+ out of 10, if we were to have any more problems that needed a technician I would ask for Chris to be the technician to help us. Also when I called Culligan about my problem I spoke with a lady in servicd dept. who was also very helpful but I can't think remember her name, I would give her a 10 also. This is why I like Culligan, they are DEPENDABLE.
Been with Culligan about 26 yrs. at 2 homes. The products are great, customer serive is great, salt delivery is great! Techinicans are great! I recently had a problem with my system using too much salt. Culligan sent out a service tech right away. The service tech was Chris Carpenter, when he arrived he introduced himself & asked what the problem was? I explained to him we were using an unusual amount of salt. Chris asked a few questions, looked at our settings & checked the water for softness. Chris adivised me of the problem & how it had happend, reset our settings & wrote down for me what the settings are & how to reset them if necessary. Then checked the softness again. In my opinion Chris is the best service tech I have ever had for any kind of service not just Culligan. He is proffessional, polite, knowledgeable, & explains things so you can understand what was done & what to watch for. Chris is an asset to your company & should be recognized as such. I would give Chris a 10 + on a scale of 1 to 10 Thank you Chris & thank you Culligan.
Miss culligan for around 30 years now. Never had a problem with the products are great or service. People are fantastic. Even their customer service is good. Don't plan on leaving them unless they just go off the face of the or I would recommend calling good one to anybody that needs assistance with or water the softer or anything else.
I like the full service. We really appreciate having Chris come out and do our service. He is super knowledgeable about the products and how they operate.
