Culligan was extremely helpful with providing necessary maintenance of my current water softener and subsequent installation of a water filtration system prior to the sale of my home, and they provided outstanding service throughout the process. Chris West, the sales rep was knowledgeable, responsive, and worked quickly to expedite maintenance of the water softener while helping coordinate the installation of the new water filtration system. Justin Schmitt, who completed the maintenance and installed the filtration system was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and took the time to ensure everything was installed properly and working perfectly. Sandy and Chelsea added to the teamwork, communication, and commitment towards finalizing all work, which also helped complete the entire experience as quickly as possible.
