So far, the products have been what I expected. The service that I called about to have the rental softener moved, was probably better than I expected. Sandy was very nice and explained what was going to happen. The men that picked up the old softener were very nice and also explained what would happen next.
Very disappointed in the Billing Dept! Make payments online and there is NO Confirmation Number. Made a payment in February and in March still stated that I owed. Now a payment was made again online and has yet to clear my bank account, it's been a month! Nobody seems to be able to answer your questions about billing and state they are behind 3 to 4 weeks.

Exceptional service -- have the annual plan and it works well for me with the system check -- which we just had. Your team member was knowledgeable and was able to give us information as to what would be required for a new homeowner to take over our system if they desired to continue (as we are selling this residence to move to another state this summer). We also discussed the recent changes that the City of Beavercreek made in their water treatment. We've had the system for years and never had any problems. Thank you for all your support over the years.

I appreciate the delivering of our softener salt out is one more thing off of my task list. Prices are fair, scheduling and billing has been mych better to work with. We do always seem to run out so I would like a couple of bags left to get us through the quarter.

The water filters have made our water much better, no rust. The product delivery needs to include a window of delivery time. I can't always be available all day to wait for a delibvery.
