Service was good, tech was courteous & professional. Upon completion of the job, he advised aboyt draing the reverse osmosis tank & why it was necessary & cleaned everything up that needed to be cleaned up. Also advised to check for possible leaks & what to do should we find any.

I got quick service and the tenant who came to take care of my problem. His name was nick kraus k R A U. S. C was just extremely of good. He was pleasant. He was knowledgeable. One of the best service people i've had. So I went to highly recommend him and I'd like to use him any time that I need some help.

Justin came today for my service call. He discovered several problems with our rental units. They are very old and all clogged up. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He explained things very well to me and told me what to expect from my unit. He is suggesting several things that need changed to help with our water clarity…we have very hard water in this area. I would like to keep him as our service guy if at all possible….he was very helpful and represented Culligan well! Mrs. Wright
