Samantha Martinez saved the day! She remained courteous and professional on the phone when I was unloading my pent-up frustration over the weekend. She corrected the mistake, sent me a corrected statement, and called to follow up. She is great! I hope she gets recognition for the good work that she does for Culligan.
Ernest was at my place yesterday on a service call. He explained to me how my system works with the remote drinking water button. He then proceeded to change all my filters since I had the PCP. He also mentioned that my Carbon Based Filter needed replaced, but that wasn't covered under the PCP. He was very kind and told me that I could call into the office and sign up for the plan. I did just that and talked with Chaya and she allowed me to pay for the remaining months and then the filter would be covered.
What a great experience and a good way to start off a Friday.

Your customer service from your technician Travis was very knowledgeable and very impressive within the manner he works! He was updating me on when he would arrive, he was also wiping up the little bit of water that is in our unfinished basement that has a drain right there! Very professional! Also your billing gal Judy was very helpful and so sweet, it was a nice change to hear a customer service rep be so helpful and actually care! Highest praise for these two that’s why I gave you a 10 Culligan!

Like the service that Matt Morris gave was he answered all our questions very nice guy and went out of his way to show us several updates and things like that that we needed to know I really appreciated the service he gave us.
