Pros, excellent taste in water. My kids love it. Rep was very professional and polite during setup. Cons, Price of the dispenser this may cause us to cancel our free 30 day trial because $144.+ yearly is a lot and you don't even own it. Its just steep, the last dispenser we rented only costed us $2.18 a month. This price is just a little too steep for us, rather its broken down into monthly payments of $12.99 or one time payment.
