He also assisted with identifying the filter so I could purchase it elsewhere. He installed it for us when he corrected the initial problem. If we need any further assistance, we will request Chris.

We have a water softener and have had for a number of years. We had a small leak a while back and the service people were there immeiately and fixed it! We do like the fact that Culligan will deliver the needed salt for the water softener and they will take the salt bags to the basement and pour the salt into the softener. Kudos to the delivery guys!
