I left my "other" water delivery system because they simply stopped serving my house, without telling me. Doh! It didn't start out well with Culligan either, having to call them each month in the beginning to see why I wasn't serviced....afterall....I had been charged. That has all since changed, as my guy Mitch and I can actually communicate directly. He is here when he is supposed to be....just like the arrangement is supposed to work.

When I moved to Dallas I could not stand the taste of the water. I was used to Artesian water so the Culligan filtered water proved to be solution to the bad tasting water problem. I would not go back to unfiltered Dallas water.

Leasing allows me to be worry-free should the equipment needs servicing. In the several years I've had it, there have been no problems whatsoever. Love having salt delivered (Mike is great). I don't have to worry about going to the store and purchasing softener salt and having to put it in the tank when I get home (smile). Definitely a win-win for me.
