I had Culligan service come out today, and the gentleman named Will was very polite fixed my problem checked all the under the sink filters replaced and checked my water to make sure it was still goo. Went to basement and checked water softener Also the computer system the water tank softener cleaned and fixed. Everything set it up for me to have it running properly. He was very nice very educational and he helped me understand what does this and what does just wonderful service he was excellent. I highly recommend him and culligan thank you for the great service Will. Thank you very much Sharon S.

I have been a Culligan customer for 21 years. I have salt delivered every month and I've never had any problems my delivery person Shaun is very kind, courteous and respectful. I appreciate the fact he calls me everytime I'm supposed to get a delivery to make sure i need salt before my delivery date and I really appreciate that. I hope he remains my service man for the duration of the time I use Culligan products.

Technician showed up on time and was very informative. I have lived in an apartment complex for the past 2 decades and anything I ever knew about water softeners and reverse osmosis is long gone. I didn't feel like he was pushing me to spend more money than necessary.

The repairman WILL, out of Dixon office, looked at situation and knew immediately what the problem was (previously delivery man looked at our softener to no result). Not only did Will immediately diagnose issue, he fixed it with a tool of his own device he carried with him (!) We were impressed not only with his competence but with his taking time to explain issue and what he'd done...answering all our questions.

The workers that came to my address, were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and was thurough with explaining everything to us all while also teaching an individual who was training with him.
