We have had our water system for over a year. Had some issues during the first few months but the service team at Culligan Dixon have been amazing. Out quickly to assess and fix. We had some issues with our button for changing the water and after a year (the warranty) it stopped working. The team didn’t charge us they can out switched to a little faucet like an RO system no charge. Excellent customer service.
