We has a service rep (Eric Miller) that was tenacious in isolating the problem and trying his best to fix it. We have had several repair personnel here attempting to address our problem only to have it return months later. Eric seemed knowledgeable and checked even the smallest possibilities!!
Contacting the customer today before to confirm the appointment he was on time for the appointment. And was very knowledgeable and pointed some things out that I was unaware of and I definitely will contact them next year for yearly service call.
Service technicians arrived. Took appropriate COVID-19 precautions. They were both polite, professional, and completed their task without any int interruption to the Fire/EMS station. They took time to explain what they were doing and left their work area extremely clean. They were professional from arrival to departure! Exceptional service!

This is my first periodic service under the Platinum Care Plan after my purchase in July 2020. The Service technicians (Eric & Asa) were there promptly at the appointment time and completed the service and salt replenishment in a professional manner. They were especially observant of the Covid-19 protocols during the service call.
The technician ( Eric) arrived at the proper appointment time. He was very through and very knowledgeable . He explained things to us that we did not know about the equipment. he replaced a part and did a lot of water test.
For September 2020's delivery of salt....we were called as usual and at the end of the recording they say to call back if no delivery is needed. I called back using the number on the recording and no one answered and I left a message that we would not like delivery on September's delivery date. No one obviously listened to the tape and the salt was delivered anyway. In my invoice to mail back the bill and check I wrote a note stating to please listen to tape for further communication. It would be appreciated. Otherwise we are satisfied with the service but the delivery schedule and communication needs to be coordinated more.
