In addition to supplying the necessary amount of salt, he checked the settings on the softener's control panel to make sure everything was working properly. We have been Culligan customers for many years and we continue to recommend them highly.

A hey, Andrew came and did the service and he was very informative about what the problem was. He's actually very quick to find the problem which was, were problems on both of our account and very quick to find it very detailed and explaining what it was. And he had great suggestions at the end of the visit for what I need to do to sort of clear up and keep going and get the whole system back in, in order. So uh andrew was fabulous.
