First of all our delivery man Daryll is so polite, friendly and professional. He is so kind and offers to put the garage if we are home. We had Deer Park for over 30 years and not once did the driver offer to put the bottles in garage! When I call your office, the wait as it time on hold is never long. I usually speak with Donna, she is very knowledgeable about your services and very friendly. It is a major plus to have these two individuals as the face of your business. They have greet customer service skills. Another plus is the email reminders of the future delivery. Keep up the great work.

My service technician from Winchester by the name of Warren was excellent. He diagnosed our problem of excessive use of salt and reset the controls on our Culligan units to regenrate from daily to monthly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, completing the service call in a very reasonable time, especially considering that the system had not been serviced for at least two years ago when we purchased the residence.
