Quality of product is second to none and price is reasonable. Truly is a worry free service with yearly maintenance and free filter replacement. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable (both on the phone and field staff). I've never had a concern or quality issue in the eight years of dealing with Culligan.

It's nice to have the delivery service, especially when I am a senior. The delivery man is very nice. But there is an issue with the staff in the office, they tell me that they will call me back and they don't call back. There is also an issue with the phone system that keeps hanging up when I call. And also an issue with their paying system which tells them that a credit card isn't valid but it is
