I have been a Culligan Water customer since the company came to Edmonton, which is approximately 20 years ago. The front line staff have always been pleasant to deal with! Only once in a while do I see the delivery drivers, but when I have, they too, have been genuinely courteous. On the very rare occasion that I've had an issue with a water delivery (such as a damaged water bottle), it's always been rectified at warp-speed! In my opinion, Culligan and their staff have a terrific group of people who are extremely well-focused on ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied with their product and their service! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Cory from Culligan did an excellent job installing our reverse osmosis system and water softener. He arrived on time, completed the installation with great workmanship, and gave us a quick, clear orientation on how everything works. We’re very satisfied with the results — our drinking water is clean and fresh, and we’re no longer dealing with soap scum around the house! Highly recommended.
