Levi- the salesman is very patient to us and He did explain everything. He will reapect your opinion and decision but will recomment whats beat for the client according to the financial status of the client.
Also the workers like installers, they are so patient. They will immediately come and fix if there is a problem.

I’m satisfied with the water softener we purchased and with the delivery of the required salt through the Edmonton office. The staff are very pleasant and always look out for our needs.
I am liking the "total" soft water. My old system only provided soft water to the hot water service. The down side is the cold water has a slightly bitter taste. This probably results from all the minerals being removed in the softener and the whole house filter. I do bypass the whole house filter every two months for a week to get chlorinated water through out my system.
I do require raw city water for watering indoor plants and for my grandchildren. I can bypass the entire filter/softener package via the system bypass valves and run raw city water through the cold water line to my tub for 5 minutes to flush that line and then I fill 20L water jugs that I use for the plants and kids. The system is then put back into normal filter/softener mde and I carry on.
Outdoor watering is provided via a take off ahead of the filter/softener system that is pure raw city water. This saves the cost of wasted salt due to that water being put on the lawn and washing cars etc.
I wouldn't mind seeing a change in the salt delivery process. I get 16 bags per year delivered as part of the contract I chose. I have salt everywhere due to the low salt use of the system. I might use 4 bags per year max. So I will be able to open a salt store soon!
Overall though, very happy with the system sale, installation and ongoing service.
