We have had a Culligan product enhancing our well water over 40 years. We have had two different systems as changes in designs improved the effectiveness of better quality water. Recently a new well was drilled near our property that effected not only our well but another well also. After waiting a week trying to correct the issue we called Culligan. A technician was sent out to the house that afternoon. He was able reset the existing system and teach me how to reset the timing during clock changes and when there is an electrical outage. He was very polite and helpful and we would recommend Culligan to anyone having water questions.
