Mark Pelligrino visited first and advised us on what product would be suitable for our water situation and actually guided me towards a lesser expensive product than we initially expected. He was very professional, personable, and courteous. Our installer stayed well beyond his time to go home, making sure I understood the system and the monthly delivery schedules. He also possessed that friendliness and charm we all wish we could experience while dealing with our other utility companies. We were extremely satisfied with the service received and are enjoying fresh, clean, and safe water, for the first time, without all the small filters getting in our way. Kudos to Culligan of Elmira, and the warm and friendly people they employ. I highly recommend taking the plunge, no pun intended.
At 1:00 am on Friday,October 7, 2016, my water bug alarm tripped. I immediately went to the basement and found my utility room floor covered in water.
At 1:30 AM,I placed a call to Culligan's main number (which was answered at 1:30 AM by the after-hours service) to request emergency service. Within 5 minutes I got a call back from Cullen, Culligan's service technician. Cullen was at my house within an hour and he was here until 5:00 am fixing the problem.
I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service response. Cullen is fantastic. He knows what he's doing. He inspires confidence. He's a real asset to your firm.

However I do not like the notification system for upcoming deliveries or service. The message does not identify as Culligan and you can't just hit reply. I would prefer a text message so it would be identified and I would have the reply number written out in stead of searching for a pen & paper and then missing the number.
