I like how you make sure my delivery is always on time and when there is a problem you are sure to fix it. Everyone is understanding and kind. Delivery drivers put the bottles on the back deck for us. When I had a problem with my water cooler the customer service person was sure to arrange delivery of new unit to coincide with my water delivery so I eouldnt have ro pay a lit extra. Always great service.

Although its prices have never stopped rising throughout two decades since Culligan obtained Chemung Spring Water Company, we do appreciate the service still provided. The quality of the product and the kindness of the employees. We've been using Culligan in our home for close to 50 years if not longer. We've never had issues, to my knowledge, with any of the equipment and the service people have always been trustworthy, courteous, and knowledgeable. The last few service techs that have come to our home to deliver the new system and to deliver salt have been great! The last one, Andrew, was a complete gentleman and nice to talk to.
