The men appeared right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. My water softener couldn't be fixed, but they were able to re-route the pipes so I could at least have running water until I got a replacement. It seemed expensive ($180 just for the visit), but I appreciated their ability to get out here in the woods next day.

Great product and excellent service. My guy was right on time. Trouble shot the problem and had my unit up and running in no time and there was as no charge since I rent the unit. Service man was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and gave me some pointers. He cleaned up afterwards and now everything operates as good as new. Thanks Isaiah!
