I've had Culligan for more than 20 years and have appreciated your service. But now I'm 87 years old and not in good health. My son moved here from Madison to take care of me and he is very protective. He works at the VA and has problems when he doesn't have enough lead time to get the path to the softener cleaned because the notice of delivery is only a day. He worries that I won't be well enough to handle it and he doesn't have enough time to request time off from work. I have told my older friends that having Gilligan deliver and maintain a softener is a lot easier than having someone 80 years old trying to do it themselves.

Being a widow, elderly, and my daughter lives with me, also a senior, we cannot lift those bags of salt, is so nice to have the salt delivered and emptied into the container is a major help. The young man that delivers is a very pleasant man. Chad is cheerful, and I know he will take care of us.
