As I get older, I enjoy the option to have rock salt delivered and stored. I only wish they could give you a window delivery time instead of having to wait the entire day. Yes, They could drop off without you being home but that defeats the purpose of home delivery. Plus with so much theft, doesn't matter if you have cameras, people will steal and feel justified.

On May 30, 2024 "Jay". the service technician, arrived as our house on time. He provided service to the water system equipment that I rent from Culligan. Jay greeted me with a smile then explained what he was going to do. He answered all my questions in ways that I clearly understood. Jay covered his shoes before entering our house. He tested the water that comes from our kitchen Focit, then tested and inspected the water that comes out of the Culligan Triple Osmosis focet. Jay explained the results of his test has he proceeded through the process. He emptied the large under sink tank. Jay changed the three filters that service our kitchen sink triple osmosis system. He explained, in detail, every step as he worked his way through the inspection and updating of our Culligan Water Triple Osmosis Water System. Jay left our house clean and tidy. He entered our garage then provided the same inspection and service to our large salt tank. Jay explained how the salt water tank system filters and provides soft filtered water to every water outlet in our house. I must say I was completely satisfied with Jay. He represented the professionalism that all Culligan Water Technicians should provide. Jay performed service as if he was the owner of the company. I recommend that Jay be promoted and given a salary increases.

Culligan has pristine and healthy tasing water. The office staff is on fire with excellent customer service skills. I get a vibe that is all about my needs and wants. My delivery tech , Jesus G. is amazing , diligent and always accommodating when transporting my water directly into my garage . He greets me with a smile and leaves me smiling after every delivery. Jose had a fine trainer. Jesus is hard working and dedicated . He does not treat his employment as a job but more a labor of love receiving satisfaction by doing his best on every delivery. I acknowledge Jesus G as the ultimate ambassador for the Brand :Culligan Water.

I like the idea of having soft water here in bernisha, and you guys offer that. So I'm excited to start seeing the difference in my skin. I'm 76 years old, so I am very excited to see if it really works. The way you guys say it's gonna work, so I'm looking forward to it. But when he tried it just a couple of days so far, so hey, we'll find out if it's, if it's going to be in problem, i'm gonna purchase the unit, i'm renting it with option to buy the unit. So and I have 3 months. So I've been really looking forward to it.
