We like the water & delivery, but we do not care for the cooler itself. And not happy about your billing.....why do we receive separate bills for the water & for the cooler? It used to be all on one statement - as long as it is going to the same place, why have 2 bills? It's confusing!

They deliver to my home and bring the cases in for me. I have mobility issues and can't carry the cases anymore. Water is all I drink and I need it more for health reasons than personal preference. The drivers and staff I've encountered since getting the service...since 2015...have been courteous, professional and kind.

We've been using this water delivery service for our office for a while now, and Larry, our delivery driver is such a standup guy! He’s incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. He seems to really care about his job and is such a bright light. He helps make sure our bottles are placed neatly and checks in to see if we need anything extra...he always takes that extra step. Reliable service and great people make all the difference and Larry is proof of that.

We enjoy the taste of the spring water and like that it's delivered. Larry, the delivery guy, is always on the ball. He knows to check before he loads product up because scheduling screws up most of the time, lol.
