I am a 'light user' of salt, you come only once a year and that is all I need. Why in heaven's name would you leave me a bag of salt leaning against the wall, and still fill my salt tower to the brim where the lid smashes it down leaving an indentation. So next year when you come, I will still have that old bag of salt and then will you leave me another bag so that I have two bags hanging out there? I checked the tower before you got there and it still was about 20-25% full of salt. Just a question.

they work and servicing is prompt when there is a problem. They also educate me on the product when needed. He serviced all products in one visit so was early with one but did it to save me the troubles from having them come again in 6 months which was much appreciated.
