It would be nice to have a schedule of when you guys will bringing out the salt. I got notified the day of. So I couldn't leave the door unlocked. If not a schedule at least couple days in advance. Those bags were heavy for me to put tank. Thank you this isn't a complaint just a suggestion . Thank you

The cost and the convenience are both a plus! Having the 5 gallon bottles delivered right to my door is the best. My delivery driver always texts to let me know when he will be there and he puts the bottles away for me so I don’t even have to move them! It’s so nice to not have to run all over town searching for the 5 gallon jugs only to find everyone is out anyway!! I’m so happy with Culligan water service!

I appreciate the timely and courteous service and the fact that Culligan made a bottom loading water dispenser available to me when I could no longer use the top loading dispenser because of the weight of the bottles. Frankly I think all dispensers should be bottom loading. They are easier to use and nicer looking.
