Rick Harris came out to evaluate our system and give us recommendations. He did a wonderful job helping us with our needs. Did not need to replace unit, just needed some adjustments and he helped us with that. Will definitely purchase culligan in the future.

Rick Harris was professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and the results. He was honest and said my unit was working as it should and didn't try to sell me something else. For this reason I will probably use Culligan should I need a unit in the future
