Culligan installed my unit 3 or 4 years ago. Time flies when you don't have a post- install problems. After installing the system, I signed up for the monthly delivery and check. Like clockwork, someone is there every month to check the system and add salt, if necessary. When I scheduled the latest check-up, I asked the representative if Bob, my tech, could check the well filter and, if necessary, replace it with a new one. He also checked my water quality. Everything was completed, and Bob left the house as he found it. I am always impressed by the quality of the service technicians. Unless I croak, it's Culligan all the way!!
