The technician who came to replace sink filters this spring and check the water quality was excellent. He reviewed the entire system with me, reminded me, at my request, how it works, and what he adjusted, so I felt very good about the system functionality overall, and the water quality. I'm sorry I can't remember his name. I'm sure you can find it in my records..!
