Very professional and friendly salesman, Mark Larrick, who patiently tested our water and explained what we would need to correct our issues. We signed a contract with the cost of the system and dates for installation and his follow-up visit. The gentleman who installed it was prompt and professionable (I don’t have his name), and was even able to install it earlier than scheduled. Most of all, the system works as Mark said it would. We are delighted with results.
