My wife has liked the water filtration system that Culligan installed in our home 5+ years ago. We never had an issue, and we don't get those pink stains in the shower which keeps the wife happy. We did have to make a call about 5 hours after the Tech left for the water system was doing a drain and lasted for 5 to almost 6 hours when I called and the tech that actually came to the house answered and walked me through the steps to rest the system because he forgot to finish it when he was here and left it in stage 4 on the tank . No problems were caused just the 1st time I had to call about something. The big compliant I really have is that I was told around $230 for the service and when the tech finishes it was $340, I would appreciate a better quote on services that have been the same for 5 years.
