All the Culligan people I have worked with, have been friendly and eager to help. The most recent issue I had, concerned a broken water softener that caused an unusually high water will. A technician came to the house and repaired the softener. The Culligan office decided that we were due a refund for the increase in our sewage charge. Kathleen Mobley of the Fort Walton Beach office was very involved in getting the refund check to us after some delays. Thank you Kathleen
