Tim could not have been more helpful. He was very informative and professional. We ended up purchasing (although Tim explained your rental and/or interest free payment plans) two reverse osmosis systems for under our sinks on different levels of our home. They don't take up much room and get the job done. It's been a week since our (next day) installation and we love the systems!
