I like the assurance that the water we drink and use for cooking is clean and free from pfas and other chemicals. I particularly appreciate the fact there is no smell of city water additives. It is water to consume without fear.
When they are working properly they are a good product but some of the parts tend to break down more than expected because they are made of plastic versus metal which means you have to pay more for repairs.
Unfortunately, this service man made a mistake that caused water to leak. I didn’t notice it for a day so everything under the sink was quite wet as was the wood floor and the carpet. The only reason I noticed it was because I went in to get a refreshing glass of Culligan water, and I was barefoot.
The young man was really trying hard. I think it was too soon for him to go on a service call by himself. He needed more guidance.
I called once I saw the water and the man who I spoke with offered to drive that night from North Carolina. I told him to wait until the morning. He came and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience.
