Unfortunately, this service man made a mistake that caused water to leak. I didn’t notice it for a day so everything under the sink was quite wet as was the wood floor and the carpet. The only reason I noticed it was because I went in to get a refreshing glass of Culligan water, and I was barefoot. The young man was really trying hard. I think it was too soon for him to go on a service call by himself. He needed more guidance. I called once I saw the water and the man who I spoke with offered to drive that night from North Carolina. I told him to wait until the morning. He came and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience.
