Unfortunately, this service man made a mistake that caused water to leak. I didn’t notice it for a day so everything under the sink was quite wet as was the wood floor and the carpet. The only reason I noticed it was because I went in to get a refreshing glass of Culligan water, and I was barefoot.
The young man was really trying hard. I think it was too soon for him to go on a service call by himself. He needed more guidance.
I called once I saw the water and the man who I spoke with offered to drive that night from North Carolina. I told him to wait until the morning. He came and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience.
We give credit to our water for good health, we have used filtered water for at lease 35 years. Please continue providing good water. This coming Sunday I will turn 99 and still trucking. Keep up the good work. Clifford L. Tyson
