It is so easy getting monthly deliveries of water jugs. I get an email notification of what day they are coming, so I can set the empty jugs outside of my garage. I have even forgotten a few times, and Culligan called me when they got to my house. I was able to remotely open my garage door for them, and they take the empty jugs and replace with new ones. Automatic billing also could not be easier. Just a great experience overall, every month!
