Prompt service when called & staff are knowledgeable. Helps to have guys here that know what they are doing. They recently found a burst pipe under my house that was causing the well to run constantly which also drained all my salt supply. Stupid guy that DTE sent out under my home protection plan for plumbing didn't know what he was doing & thought it was the toilet running. So he replaced the wax ring which of course did absolutely nothing. They are sending out another guy tomorrow so I'll see what kind of a brain surgeon this guy is & if he will fix the burst pipe. It's in a crawl space so he better be willing to crawl under there or there will be trouble!!!

I like the fact I rent the units and get out filters changed out yearly. If we have a problem, it is usually dealt with within a day or 2. The staff is very friendly and Collin is a great service guy.
