House delivery was fantastic. The guy brought 10 bags of rock salt to my basement, and put them exactly where I wanted them. And he was very courteous.
When I get my salt delivered, they first ask if it's okay to come in with the dolly. I tell them yes, absolutely. They place the salt where I want them to and they check my water softener container to see if it needs to be filled up.
That is very nice of them. These guys are always very pleasant.
I liked that I was notified it was time for a maintenance filter change.
I would like to see a shorter time frame for Technician arrival . 4-5 hr window is very excessive.
Technician was very polite and friendly .

Customer service is very important to me. For years now, the technician, Mark Szajda, has been the technician changing my water system filters annually and assisting with my water softener and the numerous glitches I've experienced with power outages and regeneration issues.
Mark S. is knowledgeable and courteous and no matter what I ask him to explain, he does it in a matter that does not make my feel dumb.
He also works efficiently and quickly and informs me of when he is on his way. When you work full time as I do, you cannot waste time waiting for the service technician to show up.
Kudos to Mark S. for being such a professional!

I have to say, Culligan stands by their promise of good service and product.
I had an issue with a service call, when I expressed my concern I was very impressed with the solution suggested by the Culligan Manager.
I have a RO system and a water softener from Culligan. Both systems seem to work flawlessly. I also appreciate getting a check up periodically Service is quick and professional, and their technicians always show up on the time indicated
