The delivery people are always professional and pleasant when they come to deliver the salt. The only issue that's arisen is that for my last delivery, there was no reminder email which then made me wonder if the delivery was coming at all.

The service was excellent, The Lad carried 4 bags to the basement, & put one in my tank, & stacked the remaining 3. He was so friendly & respectful. I have had Culligan ever since we came to Guelph in 1967. As Guelph has such " hard " water, you can't be without it ! I order my bags of salt, the driver will carry them into the basement for me, that helps a lot as they are too heavy for me to carry.
