Product is delivered to our home and taken downstairs to the water softener, if we are home. Prompt action if there is a delivery malfunction. Accurate accounting of our bill.
I had a water softener, a dispenser for the big bottles of water (until I got too old to handle them so I switched) to the Reverse Osmosis System. I, honestly, never had a problem with Culligan. Any little glitch, which was always my fault, was dealt with, any request was dealt with, every need was dealt with, promptly, and with total professionalism and expedition. No matter who I spoke and/or dealt with, I was always treated with total respect, expediency, promptly, with total efficiency. professionalism, and always a smile. I have dealt with many companies in my 85 years and I must say none of them can come close to the very top-notch service and expertise of Culligan of Hanover. My vote is a definite 100%.
I like the water conditioner salt. The sinks ,etc stay stain free.
The delivery person is friendly & helpful. He takes the salt downstairs with no problem.
