I called in about potential softener issues but the staff was able to tell me that the problem was with the well instead thus we were able to reach the correct provider for help in a timely manner. After the well was fixed, Culligan came to make sure the connected to the well softener was not damaged and was calibrated correctly. The technician made sure the well housing and the yard are secure on his way out and closed all corresponding doors and gates. The only missing thing was a cherry on top :) Thank you!
