Previously Mr. Lee Anderson had given us great service. Needless to say, we were very disappointed to hear that he no longer makes service calls, but assumed another position. The water softener and reverse osmosis are great. I recently had both of them serviced. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I didn't need to change any of the RO filters yet, and the tech found that my softener was using too much salt. He changed the salt use setting. The tech was very thorough and knowledgeable.
