Fred has been very friendly every time he stops by and always keep to the delivery schedule, with exception to the most recent delivery when he showed up the next day. I have had issues on my bill every now and then to a coding error pertaining to my salt delivery, but when I notify customer service of an issue, they address it very promptly.

Products are always packaged to reflect great quality and the water tastes great. The customer service is absolutely fantastic, from the people who pick my calls at the Houston office to the water concierge, Kareem. These people have been understanding and caring. Always serving with a smile. I’ve had Culligan for years after leaving Nestle’s water delivery and I don’t regret the change.
