I have had a culligan water softener for years and I am very happy with it. The tech who serviced my outdoor unit and reverse osmosis was very thorough in checking out both systems. He was polite and friendly and answered all of my questions.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Culligan! They came out and did the assessment and water test quickly and for free. We were told a price to get a water system and quickly agreed to the price. Then the appointment for installation was made and they even called the day before to confirm. They were here a few short hours to install the water system. The system looks beautiful in the garage and is easy to use. Very happy with Culligan and will definitely recommend them to others.

We love Houston Culligan. Kareem has been our salt delivery person for several years. We love Kareem and consider him like family. Chris is our technician and he is excellent. He is responsive and very knowledgeable. Most recently, our water supply company has changed to a new chemical to treat the water. I called Chris right away to make sure this new treatment would not affect our water softener and RO. Chris knew about the chemical and was able to tell us right away that it should not affect our equipment and supply. We have been Culligan customers in Katy, Texas for 19 years. The office staff is always friendly and attentive. Please acknowledge these Kareem and Chris for their excellent customer service. Thank you for responding to my request for service. Culligan originally did not have an available tech to repair our system. Customer Service escalated the appt. I received a call confirming availability for an appt a week sooner. Culligan's expedited TY LEHTO to repair and to complete the annual service since he was here. I requested him to do so since it was so near the service time. TY complied! TY LEHTO was professional, efficient and pleasant! He certainly deserves KUDOS! Convenient, dependable, cost effective. Would like to see better response from people delivering the salt. Since they are only people I see to me they are the face of your company to me. Requested my salt to be put inside my garage, driving ignored me. Left it outside instead.

The water softener and water filtration products we have from Culligan have been fantastic. We opted for the home delivery of salt, and it's actually just as affordable as if I went and bought the salt and did it all myself, so the convenience of having Culligan keep up with it is wonderful.
