Wanted water I did not need to worry about drinking and cooking with. Also wanted to not have to take care of an RO system. Culligan wins on both points. Water exceeds my expectations and if I need to change out filters or RO membrane I just need to call Culligan. Installation was great and the service technicians explained everything to me as to how it works. Then a couple of weeks later a quality inspector came out and tested my water- it was perfect! Thank you Culligan

I am very happy with Culligan Houston. Their service employees are thorough and helpful. I get my questions answered in ways that I can understand. The water softener is fabulous. And my reverse osmosis unit in my kitchen brings me healthy and good-tasting water every time. I appreciate their program that allows for me to have yearly filter maintenance. When I had one vital concern, the customer relations director responded to me immediately. She made herself available and was quick to help resolve the problem with me. I cannot remember her name!
