We haven't had any problems with the tank lately and if we do they come and fix it. The staff has been nice and quick about his job. When they have to change times when something comes up, they let us know ASAP. No complaints.

Power outages throw off the timer on the purge tank. It seems the power has been going off a few minutes at a time, a few times a month (not your fault) The old system didn't have a timer. I had your servicemen show me how to reset it (They were very nice!) It isn't good when the "purge" starts and you are in the shower or trying to do laundry. The old system didn't waste water the way this one does. I'm not sure, but it looks like we could get away with just the in-line filter??
