Your customer service is great. What makes me wonder is when you set up an appointment for my filters too be changed, when you do my filters im toldci have a bad valve. Now it makes me wonder how long i had a bad valve. So my system is running but is it treating my water like its supposed to. After the cost of salt im spending 200 a month to treat my water. It worries me im not getting what i pay for. Love my water when it works correctly.
