Alex at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. Becoming the head of household recently, I knew nothing about my RO. She explained how to change and rinse the filters. Why some needed changed more often than others, all while answering and transferring calls without missing a”lick”! Thanks again Alex! Keep up the great work.

Not all facilities are the same. Had some issues with the local dealer, however the dealer at Culligan ultra pure of Indianapolis was a very pleasant experience from top to bottom. Very accommodating and ALL employees were great.

Hi, absolutely. Love my sales representative. Nate simpson, he is just the best sales person ever. He answers calls immediately, he gets back with me. He explained every thing quite well. Um and the service is just been fabulous with no problems at all. And the installer was great as well. So this is an app no just crate experience overall.
