Alex B came and dropped off some salt and checked out our water softener checking that it’s running properly. It was very professional and did a great job of explaining and addressing my concerns Prior to his visit, I had called The office in Indianapolis, the 9999 number. And it’s the second time I’ve gotten a hold of whomever this lady is, she was not very helpful. Either time, the calls were a month apart. Nobody available in my area to deliver salt in her demeanor came across like she had no care. Sorry can’t help your delivery will be next week. I wish I could remember her name. I called a different number and got a hold of the girl named Amy and she was very helpful very professional and helped my situation.
