We tried and tried to use the QR codes given to us by both the salesperson and the installation team. Neither worked. (Whoever you are paying for this QR review service needs to be informed that their process DOES NOT work.)
We even called your local office and were given a link which only led to a Culligan corporate website.
If you want your people to receive the reviews they deserve, you need to have a system that facilitates that.
Tim Sommers, our delivery driver, is the best! He does all of the loading and unloading, asks questions about where products go, and is so personable and fun to talk to. Tim is the best! Give him a raise!

From the for time I called Culligan for help a few years ago to now they have always been there for me. I am a retired widow. They have been honest with me and not sold or recommended anything I didn’t need. I have cancer and it’s such a big comfort to know that if something goes wrong with my unit they are right there to help.
So that came today and put in according filter for me and was very friendly, very efficient, answered all my questions and that's been my experience with collagen overall.
