I've been a Culligan undermine R.O. and whole house water softener (upgraded once,) customer for 30 years My shower works with soft water and I love my filtered drinking water. I'm adding 'total defense' thanks to John and my concern for Indianapolis water.. I live on the other side of the bridge from you and can easily 'pop over' for help. When I did, I found John who helped me and added Jennifer, who prepared my invoice, helped me pay and got my filters for me to bring home and install. JAL
