The Indianapolis branch has great customer service and I really appreciate the soft water that’s been provided to us. I also want call out Diane, who has excellent customer service at the front desk. It’s a joy to speak to nice people at great businesses. PS it would be a joy for our company ARCpoint Labs N Indpls to partner up with Culligan locally here in Indianapolis to provide drug/alcohol screening services at better prices than other local labs. We also do onsite screens for post accidents. Thank you Culligan

Where do I begin? I received phenomenal service from both Steven K. and Alex B. when they installed my water softener. Not only were they friendly and informative, but they also helped identify a minor plumbing issue and promptly fixed it to ensure the everything would work correctly. There was some corrosion and a minor leak on a pipe for my water heater that was also identified and fixed. Needless to say, I appreciate the heck out of this service and look forward to the benefits of the new softener. Kudos to the to the professional team at Culligan!

Malocka Scott is a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly Representative, who has been helping me since day one of my installation, on out. Malocka has also helped me through the processes of scheduling maintenance appointments, and payment arrangements, also including important things I should know about the system I have. Malocka, never once made me feel as if I were a bother, she took her time making sure to ask “was there anything else that I needed.” Some may think that interactions like these are simple, but these types of interactions can affect someone in a negative or a positive way ! Culligan’s Team overall is impressive. I hope Malocka can excel even further with the company, companies need more friendly Representatives like her !
