The technician, Robert, was very professional and personable. He was knowledgeable about the Culligan products and recommendations of what we needed to have done and why. That was very helpful to make our decision given that it was not inexpensive.
Your Customer Service is A+...especially with reps. of your company like Shelly, in your Orange Park, FL location. And also, Ray, our wonderful delivery guy! :O)
It's a nice touch to be reminded of an upcoming delivery, so we get our empty bottles outside.
Shelly does the reminder with such a pleasant and professional tone - you're our water service for life! Thanks for asking. Julie and Rodney Barkley
We like the softener and we had it serviced after 1 year and 4 months since installing system.
The Culligan Customer service is always responsive and the service technician Keith was very knowledgeable about what to do with our system.
We signed up for the Culligan Premium Service so we can take advantage of discounts.
The products are reliable and the customer service is good. I do have a big problem with home delivery of rock salt. Customers are expected to stay home all day for a 5 minute drop off. The company needs to understand that very few people can stay home like that. Other companies give a window of 2 to 4 hours. People have to work or do other things. I waited home all day this week as I always have to and he did not show up. I called several times and was told that he was coming but he never did. I called and complained the next day. I had to wait around until he came the next day because they could not give me any idea if it would be morning or afternoon. You have to improve your service with this issue. I cannot buy rock salt myself and put 40 pounds of rock salt in the water softener. I cant be the only one that has a problem with this. I am exploring other companies to see if they offer better service on this.
It is a great system and we are so glad we had it installed in our newly built home before we moved in and started using everything through which water flows.
The delivery guy can be a little too quick to jump in the truck and leave if no one answer the door bell fast enough. He needs to give folks a little more time. Also, I talked to the office yesterday and said that if no one answers the door he can leave the bags of salt at the garage door...or just put them there without ringing the bell.
The system functions pretty well but the fact that the main office don’t track salt levels for advanced equipment is concerning. The app doesn’t work all the time?
This is the first time I’ve ever seen a reminder for salt delivery.
