The salt delivery service and the personnel has been exemplary. However, the continued rising cost might force me to discontinue this service in the near future. I will encourage Culligan to look at the costs that are increasing with each delivery.
The service rep Keith quickly discovered the problem that disrupted our use of the water softener for 6 months. We appreciate his contentiousness and diligence in correcting the problem.
Your technician was polite and professional. I really appreciated that he covered his shoes before he walked in the house. More companies should require that.
Keith came over and serviced our system and was very thoughtful and helpful. He educated us on the platinum program and how it could help us maintain our system throughout the year.

I like the fact that they remind me that they are coming for salt delivery. This way I donโt worry about it getting low on salt.
