We had a Culligan system installed on the 30th. Chris was the initial technician that started our installation. I requested to alter the placement of the culligan equipment requiring more time and a lot more work. Chris agreed to place the equipment where I requested without hesitation. Nick showed up to assist with the installation. He left to go help out on another job leaving Chris to tackle the job by him self. Towards the end Nick and Keith came to help with the grand finale. I'm very pleased with the service your company provides!! A bit about each person. Chris : very knowledgeable / meticulous / hard working / polite / respectful / great attitude. Nick: young and still learning / great attitude / hard working. Kieth: very knowledgeable / polite / hardworking / funny! These gentlemen are the type of folks any owner or manager of a company wants representing their brand or service! A company is only as good as the folks making the miracles happen! All three of these gentlemen deserve a raise and a new company truck or something. Maybe, a crew cab would help. But, seriously. You have some great folks working for you and I appreciate them for the customer service!!

We had recently purchased a home that had bad tasting water. We contacted Culligan of Jacksonville. We were contacted by John Greenwood and he came out the same week and tested our water. He sat with us and explained the options to improve our water quality. We never felt any pressure and he was very knowledgeable about their systems. Once we were ready to proceed with the installation we called John and were scheduled the next week. The technician, David Swanson, showed up on the date of installation and explained the installation process to us. Once the installation was complete, David explained the entire system to us and all work was pressure checked with no problems. Our experience with Culligan has been very positive. Although the price was a little more than other companies, we have pease of mind that they will stand behind their products and will still be there far into the future.
