Our 6-year old “builder’s model” water softener failed to keep out the Calcium from our faucets, and we had a $1,800 plumbing bill as a result. I was getting ready to buy a new Water Softener from Snyder, who does our Plumbing. Before I pulled the trigger on that, I decided to have our Water Softener serviced and see what your Technician had to say. You sent out Trent, who must be one of your best technicians in the company. He tested our Water Softener and said it was working perfectly. He helped figure out that the calcium problem was our fault – we had let the salt run out a few times. Trent helped me make decisions about getting a prefilter, and he guided me as to which one we should get. Our garage is small and crowded, but with a great attitude he moved a heavy file cabinet and some other things to plumb in the new pre-filter. He gave us clear instructions on how often we should check the salt level, and how often we should have the softener serviced. Now, I am a happy Culligan customer. I recommend Trent without reservations. Oh, and he also fixed my jammed, pencil sharpener! :-)

I have had Culligan service for over 11 years at our current location. Delivery of salt comes four times per year. If I need help, they are quick to respond. The only drawback is that the price of the salt is increasing a little too fast as they are not competitive with local stores. I guess the convenience of the delivery is the reason. But, primarily, I keep Culligan as a supplier in case I need service and don't have to look around. The delivery guys are quick to help should I need advice or help with the system. Much appreciated. Billing is much easier now as I can go to the portal to find out the bill and I mail in my check.
