I like the unit in the basement rather than under the sink. Easy to change filters. I would ask that you put the filter numbers on the invoice so we know which filters have been replaced.

Our first softener (purchased one of the top models) lasted 17 years and we recently replaced it with a purchase of higher end softener. We also love the water purifier. Delivery of the heavy bags of solar salt has been greatly appreciated. Also, the administrative and technical staff have been great.
