Comes right to our door. The driver we have now (very accommodating). Called me when we didn't have bottles out. Delivers them right where we ask. On the very few times that there was a small leak in the bottle or something that could not have been detected by the company, they were quick to remedy the situation.

The convenience and service. The salt is delivered to our home and put in the softener tank. I am notified by phone when delivery of salt is arriving. The technician is polite and courteous. I would recommend Culligan to everyone. No stress or worry to me.

I always get a phone call from the driver when they will be here to deliver my salt. I did not get a phone call to let me know they were delivering the 2-26-2026. This was a day early. My bags of salt were left at door and by accident someone saw them there a day later. I had no notification of early delivery and when they are coming.
