When the person put the system in he had a thing that tested our water. The guy that change out the filters the other day-never tested the water to make sure it was working correctly. How do I know it is working correctly without testing the water? How do I know someone is just not coming in and changing filters and the system is not working?

To start Shawntae the sales lady was amazing. I had no intention on ordering anything more than a sticker for my faucet. She tested my water and educated me on which products would be best for my family. I ended up getting a sink water filter and a water softener. It immediately helped our skin and hair. I felt like she was very knowledgeable and didn’t just sell me products to sell them but made genuine suggestions on what would be best for my family.
The installation crew was friendly. It did require multiple visits as the first time they did not have enough piping. The next day there was a leak in my laundry room due to a drain pipe not being reattached but they immediately made the long drive back and repaired it.
