Good water, and that is all we do. We haven't taken advantage of the filtering equipment, etc., but we have had our tap water tested by Culligan. That's all we need, is just the water that is delivered monthly. We like Corey, our driver who delivers to the house. Comes right to our door. The driver we have now (very accommodating). Called me when we didn't have bottles out. Delivers them right where we ask. On the very few times that there was a small leak in the bottle or something that could not have been detected by the company, they were quick to remedy the situation.

The convenience and service. The salt is delivered to our home and put in the softener tank. I am notified by phone when delivery of salt is arriving. The technician is polite and courteous. I would recommend Culligan to everyone. No stress or worry to me.
