I've been a residential customer of yours for about 40 years, renting a water softener, and having regular salt deliveries. I think you guys do a good job and I value my relationship with you. However, there are three things that I wish that you did better:
(1) I wish that you would do annual visits to my home, to do a quick "health checkup" on the equipment, do a quick water soften test, and answer any questions that I may have, etc.
(2) I wish that you would automatically replace my equipment every ten years, as a way to tell me "thanks for being a customer, here's the latest equipment, and it's new so it's nice and reliable."
(3) With your salt-deliveries, I appreciate all of the text/phone/email reminders. But, on the day of the delivery (or the evening before) it would sure be nice to get a text giving me a specific time window for the delivery. As it is now, I have to phone your office the morning of the delivery to obtain that information.

I need soft water and someone to come to my house as I can’t carry them myself. They are friendly, especially the young gentleman that came a few days ago. Had a great smile for me.
