We really appreciate the fast service to sanitize our brine tank. Called in the am and tech came that afternoon. We did have a question though. We have noticed the water tastes different in the upstairs taps than the mainfloor taps. Should there be a reason for that?

I like that the delivery guy takes my salt order to the lower level saving me from carrying it down with my sore back. He also fills the container with salt.

I personally like the service of someone bringing our salt to our house. Then I don't have to struggle trying to lug bags of salt into the house & then to the basement & into the softner!! Especially when my husband isn't @ home! Everyone is very friendly when I have called on the phone. The delivery personnel have also been very friendly & professional.

They looked at my softener to make sure it was softening the water for free. They bring salt right to your softener so you don’t have to lift the bags. They are friendly.
