Even though I may forget that my delivery person was coming (even though you called the previous day to remind me 🙄) they always show up and leave me one or two bottles. It has been a great service. Just wish it was not quite so expensive or they offered a disibilty discount.
Always content on the deliveries. I have a great driver who always puts the water in the garage if I leave the door open. A nice perk. I have auto pay so I need to set up a top for him. I used to pay manually and give him the top then.
Awhile back talked w/Becky Chapman of your office who was very helpful. Now I can check my tank couple of days before sched. delivery and notify yu if I don't need a refill. That has made all the difference. She was kind enough to take a few min. and explain to me. Seems like last time I had to call in order to get a bill mailed to me. Hope there is no confusion about that. DON'T WANT ONLINE BILLING. WOULD MUCH PREFER HAVING A BILL MAILED TO ME. Thank yu.
service is great, but booking it needs help. Annual service used to be regularly initiated by Culligan. Last ew years it up to the customer to remember and schedule. And even after setting up a service date, it was a no show, never got boked at your end. When I set up it up again, I was wise enough to call the office the morning of my 2nd attempted appt. to realize it hadn't been scheduled either. However they quickly got Trent to come out immediately and service my system. Trent did a fine, thorough job!
