We love the quality of the water and delivery service. I am not happy that over several months there has been an issue with the billing process in that no paper bill is being sent out. I never opted out of paper statements. I requested that I get paper statements and was told I would be taken off of email notification.
Oncew issuess are cleared, everything went weel. Delivery and installation were on time. However, I am still waiting for the batteries for the units installed to protect memory against power outages.
I bought a house that already had a Culligan water softener but it had not been run for the past two years. The representative who came out to inspect the unit was very courteous and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed to know about the unit. I would recommend Culligan to any of my friends or neighbors.
