I had 2 very polite young gentlemen come to check my water softener to see if it was working as it should. I called because I was hearing strange clunking noises and it didn’t appear that the salt was getting used up. They were very thorough in their investigations. After their work was done they explained what they did. Then they told me they were going to ask if they could get my bill for work done at a reduced rate. And that happened too. So I was very thankful to have Shane and Matt service my water softener. [NAME REMOVED]
