The service technician is great but the scheduling is not. We have a reverse osmosis unit that has the added mineral cartridge. The service tech said that was left off of our annual service visit order. Given how expensive the travel and tech charge is, we could not afford another trip this year. We are supposed to remind the scheduling person to include this next year. Hey, please fix that please.

I appreciate the flexibility of the service. If I choose salt delivery, it's done. I've always been helped getting someone to load my car, etc. I'd like to see if smaller bags were available but until then I have to empty the 40# bags with lots of difficulty.

The delivery service is so nice and convenient. I appreciate the salt being delivered to my home and put in my water softener. The water softener is in my basement and hauling the bags of salt down the steps is a little difficult for me.
