Your service man, Rodney, was punctual, arriving at the estimated time. After my explanation of the problem I was observing, he was quick in checking the device and diagnosing the problem. The repair, which involved the exchange of a worn-out part, took about 10 or 15 minutes, and soon after, the softener was regenerating clean water again, after a few weeks of problematic work. Other than that, the water softener and the reverse osmosis system for drinking water have been working quite well and problem-free for the last 14 years since we bought the house. I imagine that service quality varies from office to office, but based only on our personal experiences here in the West Lafayette area, I have no problem recommending the services of Culligan.

Very friendly, courteous. addresses your needs and concerns. Answers questions in an understanding manner. A nice young man name Brock delivered my salt on May 15th. He suggested I get on a 3 month delivery plan and they would fill my softener for me. I was not aware of this program. I had been ordering 10 bags at a time. As I needed to add salt I was having to scoop out about half the bag to get it liftable for me to put in tank. Thank you Brock!!!
