I like the Privilege Program. It eases the worry associated with an expensive repair, and salt is regularly delivered. Culligan offers reminders regarding salt deliveries, appointments, and when servicing is due. The employees are friendly and helpful. My only problem this year was that, on one occasion, no one arrived when I had a scheduled appointment, and I waited for the entire day. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
All has been working well without any problems for years now. Your service people have been not only efficient, but very nice as well. I also have to say I appreciate the fact that I am notified when annual service is due and dealing with your office has been easy. I thank you all for that.
I like your products very much. However, you need to improve on communication when you are coming out to do routine regular services. Often I get home with a card on my door that says, "sorry we missed you". I call up and am told someone left me a VM but I never seem to get it. I think it important to be SURE you've connected before coming out. As a result of this, I have missed my last 3 services! And I pay it monthly regardless.
