Okay, I've done this survey before. I am very satisfied with Culligan, using your services and products for well over a decade. However, your phone communication is ridiculously bad. Some days ago I got a call from Culligan, but the message disappeared before I could hear it. Maybe you should do something about that !!

Very efficient system. Very professional and friendly service people. Newer units use much less salt. I’m on a well and the water tastes much better after installing a culligan system.

I thought bill was very confident and actually it was gary who came out a bill like that guess was the one who installed the he was our tech did a very, very good job. And we can't really take him in half. And you know, just really for a long time to put in, but the system is unique and we enjoy it. Thank you. Their water system really balances out the high iron content in my well. Along with making the water just perfect with their system and their service men that come always fill me in if theirs anything that needs attention for my water system.

I met, first, with Gary, a sales representative who was kind and courteous with a lot of helpful knowledge and insight to my needs. He was personable and friendly, which helps with decision making. He gave me all of information about the products and explained thoroughly about pricing options so that I could assess the best possible option for me. We were able to schedule an appointment for installation then and there. Day of installation came, and the appointment was for noon. Bill, my technician, arrived promptly and the installation went smoothly. After he finished the install, he provided me with hands-on instructions for my unit, and asked if I had any questions or concerns, to which I had only one and he answered without any hesitation. He was courteous and polite and soft-spoken. He cleaned up after his work and placed everything neatly that needed to be in my utility room. I didn’t even really know he was here. He was also kind to my dog. I would recommend Culligan to anyone who was interested in any type of home water filtration or softening unit. Thank you for your service and for everything from the beginning to end of this process.

This will be the third time I’ve reached up the ranks to express my gratitude for Carrie Kittler. I’ve been a customer for about 3 years. Her customer service skills have saved our business a handful of times. I always get off the phone feeling listened to, tended to and trust a result will follow. Professionalism, energy, organization and kindness are her best descriptors. I cannot stress enough how much this woman deserves a promotion or raise. She has resolved countless (very silly) delivery issues like her life depended on it. She’s the best.

God always gets to use great service from Ms. Carry kit or there at the college in the office. A lennox, massachusetts, a terrific says that she is finally and knowledgeable, and patients and really knows his stuff. And was able to solve a few issues that I had with both the service and delivery and billing. And she got it taken care of quickly, promptly and well, and I'm very, very appreciative and super friendly as well. I mean, just to a terrific person you've got there.
