The service department is very good. I like the fact that if there is an issue with the water they can usually get to me within a day or so. I also really like Carrie Kittler she is amazing whenever there has been an issue with billing or when we had a problem with our water she has been great. She went above and beyond her job we had a problem with our water and we couldn’t drink it because it was brown and it smelled awful, Carrie knows that we have farm animals and that they need fresh water. She went out of her way on a Friday afternoon after her work day was over to bring us 8 bottles of water so that our family as well as our animals would have fresh water. I feel she is a true asset to this company!
