My Culligan water softener system works well. The employees have been consistently courteous and respectful. They always take my concerns seriously. So I’ve had excellent customer service. The very nice lady in the Findlay office is always so friendly and helpful, I enjoy seeing her every month when I stop in to get hydrogen peroxide. I really appreciate the salt delivery. He is also nice and efficient and it’s so great to not have to lift those bags!! Worth every penny!

We love the water. It's safe to drink and we know that it won't have things in it like faucet water. The service is great.Jane is very nice and the gentleman bringing the water really help us by putting the water where it is and also putting a jug on top of the water system. My husband is ill and I can't really do much either. Thankyou so much for helping us ,highly recommend them

We get salt delivery and our delivery driver is awesome and communicates well with me as to wether I need salt the day he is delivering .

We've had Culligan for years with no problem. When we moved to our current home there was an issue with salt residue from the water. Their technicians have been trying to solve the issue for 5 years now, to no avail. We even got a new system thinking that might be the answer. They are still trying to figure out how to solve the problem. Other than that, we've we get great service.
