Huge difference in having soft water!! My skin feels way less dry. I do not have to use as much shampoo when showering. Not as much laundry soap needed when doing laundry and no soap residue left in clothing and other items. The hard water stains in my black kitchen sink have disappeared, looks way better now. I am so happy I made the decision to get a water softener system and should have done it long before now! I highly recommend getting a water softener as it is a huge game changer. If you have been wondering if you should get one....yes, for sure do it. Also, Mataya, the sales rep who came over and met with me is wonderful!! She took the time and explained how it works, answered all my questions, very knowledgeable with the product, tested my water for several different readings, and made sure I had the room to have a water softener installed, etc. Thank you, Culligan *smile*

Stacey was very responsive to my inquiry. Zack came right out and diagnosed the problem and make repairs. I am disappointed that this is a new unit, less than a month removed from installing and it had a problem and needed parts replaced.
