I have been maintaining my Culligan water treatment system in our home myself the past few years. Sarah and the team Culligan in Lincoln have always been very helpful in assisting with what I need. They make sure I get the correct filters and educate me on when they need to be replaced. They offer free water testing and I always feel I am being given honest advice and information. This gives us a lot of peace of mind with the efficiency of our water system!

We love the great service that we always get in Lincoln. The gals in the office are always so helpful. And the guys always carry our salt to.the car for.us. We only wish we could have the Lincoln office as our main office instead of the Omaha office. We used to have Lincoln deliver to us in Wahoo only 23 miles away. They would deliver to.our home and even take the salt downstairs for.us senior citizens. Our account was moved to Omaha which is 45 miles.away. We tried them.to deliver our salt to us once. We ordered 4 bags to get us through the winter. It was delivered early in the.morning before 6 am and left.outside our attached garage door in the wet. I had to hire a neighbor to bring it in and take it downstairs for.us. We were not very happy with that. So from then.on we pick.up.our salt in Lincoln, bring it home, have a neighbor take it.out of our car, and wait for our son to come visit to take it downstairs for us and put in the salt. Not very convenient for us at all. We loved the customer service in Lincoln. And wish we had them back.

The person in our building that previously managed our Culligan water machine and orders left our school. I was asked to take over so needed to iron out a few details about billing and future orders. Sarah was very informative and assisted in making the transition very seamless.

Peace of mind don’t have to worry about that at all, and they are here if you need them or every year they come and change the filters and so far there has been very nice guys doing it one even filled my Water softener I had a couple sacks in the basement and he put them in for me. Nice guy. Didn’t even ask him to.👍
