Zach always goes above and beyond while delivering the water and/or salt. We are one of the few customers who get the 24ct 16oz bottles and with being disabled its difficult to lift and stack them. He takes the time to stack them neatly so that they are easy to access. He is a shining star and greatly appreciated ✨️
I am super satisfied with the people who came out from Culligan to answer my questions and help me come up with the plan that best fit my family! They were honest and had my best interest as their first priority-not what would bring the company more money. They made sure I knew everything going on with my installation every step of the way. They made sure to explain every little detail about my new system, making sure I was fully informed. I love my new system!
The softener system appears to be a well-engineered industrial water treatment device. The installation technicians did a fine job of installing the softener, brine tank and associated piping.
Only very limited instruction was provided on utilizing the softener control system panel. The old softener had a nice feature that was very helpful, that the new softener apparently does not offer. That is, the ability to display "the number of gallons remaining before auto regeneration will occur." If there is such a feature on the new Culiagan softener, please call me at [PHONE NUMBER REMOVED], or email me at [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED], with how to access this feature. It is very handie to be able to see the "gallons remaining to regeneration" to anticipate laundry wash cycles or showers/bathing needs when guests stay with us.
