Your service is just plain reliable. If I need to talk to someone on the phone, that is also possible. (rarely needed). Your website works well for account info and bill paying. The whole thing just works well.
I felt very comfortable with the tech, Manny. I trusted his recommendations and how he didn't try to nickel and dime us. Our unit lasted quite a long time and with the reconditioning of the filter I'm expecting it to last even longer.
