What I liked best was Josh’s friendly, efficient service. He was very personable, explained everything in a clear, professional manner, and was very respectful and easy to deal with. If I needed service in the future, I would hope it would be Josh at my door. He even took the time to stop and pet my dogs 🐶 🐶 so they felt comfortable and relaxed having him in the house and I did not have to lock them in another room. I appreciated that extra effort.
The technician was great, did excellent work, was pleasant, friendly. I have been with Culligan for several years, and have been satisfied with their techs, and the office staff are the best. Highly recommen.
I want to give a shout out to our delivery driver, Jose, In Buellton, Ca. He is very professional and personal. I believe he is an asset to your company.
Manny came out and trouble shot and fixed a water quality problem that apparently has persisted for the many years since Culligan originally installed the soft water service in my home. The way I understand it, the bypass button was reversed and all the previous cylinders have been being bypassed. It appears that I have not had soft water for quite a while, and my water pipes and fittings definitely show that. Manny was very understanding, helpful and proficient, and corrected the problem which included adding a cylinder filter and replacing the plastic bypass bar.
Especially, in this day and age, you are fortunate to have the talent, qualities and loyalty of a guy like Manny on your Culligan Water team.

I really like how it happens every month without me having to think about it. The service providers are always so friendly and happy to chat with my children, as we are usually home when the soft water service happens. They love watching!
The reason why I took the time to complete this feedback, though, was because the feedback card itself really stood out to me. We've been long-time customers of Culligan and NEVER had a white person come to our house, which is the ethnicity of the man on the feedback card. While I understand he may be a senior manager of some sort, this does not represent the "face" of your company and is in fact a disservice to the WONDERFUL people who help us maintain our rural water system. I urge you to consider better representation in your marketing efforts to honor the people who actually execute the service. Again, we are so happy with our service and would 10/10 recommend to anyone we know, you have great people working for you.
The only contact we have is the is our tank delivery service. He is doing a great job.
My major concern is the age and condition of some of the tanks. Rusty tanks do not present confidence for the water conditioning product it is designed to produce is being generated, It would be nice to know if every tank delivered has been tested before delivery, to certify the tank meets, or exceeds health conditioning standards.
