I like my water system. I've been with Culligan for years. Never had an issue. I like the fact that they come and change my filters once a year for me. I do need a new cooler though. The person that came to my house to change my filters was supposed to let you guys know that I needed a new cooler. It's making a little bit of noise and it's vibrating a lot and the top piece on the top has never fit properly. It's not even screwed down so I wouldn't mind having a new one if that's possible. But other than that I love Culligan makes my water feel safe when I drink it
