The system while old is still working great. The salt delivery is nice and the driver is respectful and it's always nice chatting with him. The office staff is always quick to help and extremely polite and helpful. I would recommend Culligan to anyone who has hard water or just want clean, soft water.

I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the staff at the Marlette office of Culligan! The office personnel are kind and helpful and knowledgeable about the inns and outs of water softeners and my driver is always courteous and efficient in his deliveries He always notifies me by phone if he is going to be late in his scheduled appointment and he carries my water softener bags (weighing almost 40 each) to their destination downstairs! In summary Culligan Marlette provides a good product and outstanding customer service. I would recommend the company to anyone that has water softening needs. Lastly I have been a customer over 10 years.
