We have been a residential customer since 2010. There was an existing water softner there when we moved in. We decided to continue the service with Culligan.
Over the past few years we have had a few issues with the unit and the office staff was kind, and the service department was always there promptly to help us out. They were always right on time.
Most recently it was determined that our old unit needed an upgrade.
Scott Prather came out to do the change out. What a difference it has made already.
It says a lot for Culligan and the Martinsville location to have a staff member that has been there for so many years. He is always so helpful and kind.
