I’m very sorry to hear that your recent salt delivery experience was less than satisfactory. I’d like to clarify that we have tiered pricing on salt, and there is no charge for delivery. Our policy does require a clear path to the water softener. This is in place to help prevent injuries and to avoid handling customers’ personal items.
That said, I understand how frustrating that situation must have been. To help make this right, I’ve applied a credit of $2 per bag for all 6 bags to your account for the inconvenience. I’ve also sent a separate email showing the credit details for your records. As long as there is a clear path to the softener, this should not be an issue moving forward.
