Reliability. I have been on the maintenance plan and my reverse osmosis filters were changed annually. The system was checked and I didn’t have to worry about it.
I have a reverse osmosis system that I really like. I don’t buy water in bottles and avoid using plastic. I trust the water quality from the Culligan system. I carry my water in my Yeti stainless steel and know it’s safe.
Will is a knowledgeable and friendly service technician. He has been to my home 9 out of 10 years to change filters annually. Since my maintenance plan is expiring he took the time to explain the filters and rotation I will need to do next year. Thank you to Will for his professionalism.

They communicate in advance of delivery very well so we know when to expect them and have our empty water jugs set outside. The drivers are friendly and our dog is given a cookie. They email an invoice shortly after delivery. Easy peasy. We get their spring water which is refreshing. It makes great coffee and tea, and I like plain hot water with lemon.

A good service! Maintenance man Will is wonderful! I wasn’t impressed with Easton the salt delivery guy, he tossed the bags in my entryway and left and said the basement was blocked, there was a wicker chair sitting there. Had to pay the up charge for the salt and put it in myself because he couldn’t move a wicker chair. I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t pay double for each bag because I wanted the convenience of not having to do it myself.

I’m very sorry to hear that your recent salt delivery experience was less than satisfactory. I’d like to clarify that we have tiered pricing on salt, and there is no charge for delivery. Our policy does require a clear path to the water softener. This is in place to help prevent injuries and to avoid handling customers’ personal items.
That said, I understand how frustrating that situation must have been. To help make this right, I’ve applied a credit of $2 per bag for all 6 bags to your account for the inconvenience. I’ve also sent a separate email showing the credit details for your records. As long as there is a clear path to the softener, this should not be an issue moving forward.
