Customer service! Your delivery has made us happy. Softeners are in the basement and bags are heavy. My husband has had 3 back surgeries and it's just hard with the heavy bags. Delivery guys are pleasant.

Easy to work with the Mason City, IA office and service technician. We have owned our Culligan softener for 17 years and it has overall performed well. It recently stopped working and so we have had it serviced by Culligan. The technician was great to work with!
