First and foremost the people (Scott, Ashley, and Teresa) were excellent to deal with. Scott was very patient and accommodating in answering any questions or concerns and he took the time to demonstrate how the equipment works during installation. After the soft water unit and water purifier were installed, he showed us the difference in the quality of the water which proved remarkable. Ashley explained the benefits of having soft water and took water samples to show us the hardness in our existing water supply. Teresa expedited the ordering of equipment and installation. Overall, we are very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend the Culligan soft-water system to others.

I met the Culligan Representative at a trade show. They listened to me carefully as I explained what happened one year ago at the trade show to me personally.These were different Culligan's representatives then the individual I talked to last year. They promised me right there and then it would not happen again and for sure. Then I explained my situation under the sink at home. They listened carefully. Then they showed me the Culligan's answer. I was impressed with the construction and design and they explained why it was designed that way as well. It made perfect sense to me. I felt the system was well worth the value and would do what I wanted at home. The installation was simple as well and very quick.The representative came to my home,seen what I had under the sink, tested my water etc. We made a deal and the following week we had our installation done and are very satisfied.The appointment times for both the salesperson and the installation were very prompt and on time. I thank them all very much. Their cooperation and intent listening to my issues were certainly appreciated.

I would like to mention that since you started notifying me of upcoming deliveries by phone, I haven’t been home, and the message left on my answering machine only contains the last few words of the message, it took a while to figure out who was calling, and what you wanted.
