The product is very good, but my focus is primarily on the service. This team consistently ensures timely deliveries each month and communicates promptly of any issues which I greatly appreciate for its reliability. However, I would suggest improving communication in the office. This month, I requested an additional bottle of water by phone, which should have been noted in my file, but the delivery person did not leave the extra bottle. While this oversight was disappointing, it was minor. Overall, I have worked with this team for over a year and would certainly recommend them to others.

Service guy (Jerry, I think? Jimmy?) was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative. If I would have submitted this the day he gave it to me I would remember his name-so sorry. That’s on me. Anyway-he’s a great employee!
