We have very hard water and our city badly needs a filtration system. We depend on the Culligan filtered water for ourselves and our pets. The system works well and they are quite prompt in getting a service person out to take care of any issues. We rent our system. Jordan has been to our home previously and he is an excellent service tech. He knows our area and understands the water issues we have here. He requests service reviews on our behalf, because of the situation here. We plan to request him by name in the future!

The representatives were on time, very friendly, and professional. They took appropriate time to check the softener and gave an honest assessment of its condition. There was nothing wrong with our softener even though the City contractor said there was a leak. The representative Finn indicated that the contractor pushed the unit and caused a temporary leak.
