I trust that my drinking water is safe. I appreciate that I don't have to keep track of when I need salt. The employees who have brought the salt and checked my water have always been friendly and helpful.
We've used Culligan products for years and have always had quality water and customer service. The only issue we've had here is the confusion regarding service postcards and emails that the customer service rep answering the phones denies sending or needing. I've never had a service rep try to unsell me anything, but after our water system light finally went red I had to demand that I get an appointment to change out the filters. Strange.
I like the fact that if any issues with my rented water softener I can call Culligan and service call or any issues are free. Also like having my salt delivered!
