Jordan arrived around 7:45 and went right to work and did a wonderful job. As he worked, Jordan explained how the new Culligan system works vs my old system which I installed 30 years ago. The difference is night and day. The water tastes great and I know that Cullen is here to service my new unit if I have a problem or change the filters when it is time. Excellent unit. Very happy with the new unit and the service.

The service person who brought my bags could not have been more perfect. He took them down the basement, filled my Softner, recycled the bags and brought additional bags out to my car that I need to take to lake. He was professional, kind, hard working and so patient. I am 70 years old and so appreciated his excellent service. Thank you!
