The thing that keeps bringing me back is the quality of their products; especially, their water softening process and ability to filter my drinking water.

The presentation of the products and services offered by Culligan was clear and refreshingly straight forward (no forays in to trying to push products or services we did not need or want). We ended the presentation feeling as though Culligan "knows its stuff" and were ready to commit. After just a week of having the softener and water purifying system we are enjoying their benefits.

I have had a long relationship with Culligan and found, overall, they have provided good service and good product. The rental cost of the softener is to the point where it probably would be more cost efficient to purchase a softener and their price for salt is on the high end. Having said all this, however, I plan to continue my relationship with Culligan of Minnetonka. They are good people to work with.
