We are very satisfied with the service provided. From the the first interaction with the representative, she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. To the installation which was very fast and very well executed by the technician. The water immediately changed for the better. We can feel it in our skin, hair as well as there’s no longer white residue of calcium in the appliances and faucets. Love the system and will recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Equipment works forever, service is prompt, competent, and predictable. Prices are competitive. I usually give them a 10, but they wanted to charge me a fee for a service call to find out why my water purification system is running weaker than usual. That used to be a free call as I use them to change the reverse osmosis filters. Not happy about that, and I decided not to use them to change the filters that year. We will see this year. I have been using Culligan of Miami for over 25 years for water softener and reverse osmosis. I still use them for salt deliveries as well. They do know water.
