We have fresh clean water that we can depend on. Culligan takes care of the filters and all of that. We don’t have to go to the store and pick up heavy jugs of water and bring them home and then throw the jugs away or dispose of them somehow.

We are very happy with our reverse osmosis water purifier. We are on a well. We no longer have to carry all those heavy bottles home from the grocery store. The water tastes good too. It was an excellent decision to have it installed in minutes. Thankyou.

The products have been good your company is highly recommended. The service team is great five stars. . The technician that came by was very knowledgeable walked me through everything and assured me that the system is working properly explained. He walked me through how the system works and answered all my questions, confidently and in great detail. He Instructed me on what needs to be maintained. Walked me through the salt route on how to set it up I couldn’t ask for a better technician. I am a property manager and I manage multiple properties and the information I gained from your technician is greatly appreciated Please send a guy every time I need maintenance and give him a raise. I wish Miami had more technicians like this. . I’m going to recommend your product to another client. I am already in contact with your salesman, Victor about starting a new project in Miami Beach.

The service is fantastic. I’m a new client. I called to have my filters replaced and they were here the next day. They also worked around my schedule. The Service guy Alex was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. Thank you again

Professional most of the time, especially service employees. Customer Service when I had a dispute over a service issue, I called three times and the manager did not return my call. I called about being charge to service to a pump on the property that Culligan does not service The new employee said there was an issue with the pump and could not be serviced until repaired. So I said yes to paying repair cost. The service man came and said there is nothing wrong with the pump and does not need repair. He asked if there was another pump on property, I said yes but not in use. The new service person when there and not the yellow shed where we have our main pump. I dispute is I should not have to paid service call for a mistake made by a Culligan service person. So I was truly disappointed to not resolve. The regular service person was great in doing an inspection and asking questions and resolving. All in all I would recommend Culligan. I do like how they service our water on the property.
