The in-home service is very important to me I want to send a technician out for our yearly service they are always friendly knowledgeable and personable you can have a conversation with them without having to feel like you’re bothering them as if it was a friend down the street and great with kids , because let’s face it they asked them multiple questions and they handle that very well which I appreciate . They take there time to be very thorough and efficient, making sure that the water levels are accurate and within a pristine range to enjoy your crystal clear drinking water the Modesto team always provides exceptional customer service from the phone to in-home thank you .
I appreciate your service personnel checking in and delivering water as we need it. I also appreciate your working with us when we asked for paper bills rather than via email. That has really helped us.
The Culligan people are always very pleasant and knowledgeable. When you do not understand something about a product or the maintenance of a product it is explained to you thoroughly. I like that a card is sent when a service needs to be done. They treat customers like they are important.
As soon as I told them my water tasted like salt they sent someone out ASAP to get it fixed instead of waiting a few days! Thank goodness because with two little girls and a holiday at our house it could of been rough!
The service msn Bret was really infromed and gave me some good inlightment . just waiting on my parts that had to be order. But over all so far they get a 9 from me let you know more or how the parts service pans out.
Anna, the receptionist, was so kind and helpful. Our service guy went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and make sure I understood how the install and contract takes place. I am so happy with the entire experience!!
