The delivery man for the salt is excellent. Always kind and polite. Service is usually on the day it is scheduled and that is important to me. Have had issues with trying to move or cancel service - that sometimes happens anyway. I would like to be more confident that changes are actually carried out. Prices keep going up. I am not sure how much longer I will continue with the service. At least, I would like explanation of why things keep going up - rather than just an increase in the invoice.
