Timeliness of delivery!!! No sooner had I submitted the Service Agreement and was surprised to receive the delivery the following day! Much appreciated!! Meanwhile, I am waiting for Crystal Springs to pick up their materials and get out of the way after a month absent on their water delivery.

Dalton did a great job diagnosing the leak in our filter and explaining that we had to get a plumber to replace our Pressure Regulator Valve before he could replace our filter. Fortunately our plumber and Dalton did all the above in a very timely manner, and our filter was working again in a couple of days. It was very obvious while the filter was out how much chlorine it was removing from our water since the chlorine smell was very strong while it was out. The softener was still working, but the water still felt hard while the filter was out due to the other contaminants in the water that were not being filtered. We are very happy with our Culligan products, and this experience made us appreciate them even more.

Dalton dropped by the house today to repair the water filter as it stopped making clean water. He called prior to arrival and showed up when he said he would. He was professional and knew his trade. He fixed the water situation in no time and even offered some tips on potty training my new pup. Thank you Dalton. We appreciate you !!

Dalton really has gone above and beyond every time. We’ve been having a lot of trouble with parts and the button to our water purifying system not working but he has made sure to keep us a part of the process and is making it right. Always had a cheerful and professional attitude. Highly recommend

Service call easily arranged via phone call to Culligan office. Service Advisor called prior to arrival, to confirm specific arrival time, and was punctual. SA assessed my equipment, discovered likely cause of problem and efficiently worked to repair my unit. I found him to be knowledgeable, personable, and professional. A great representative for Culligan. Highly recommend my Culligan products, which have been durable, and the Culligan service team. Service technicians are knowledgeable. Only area for improvement is it's not always clear how to contact you for service appointments. I don't get responses when I leave requests for service via your website. I try to call (think I first tried the phone number on your website) but end up leaving a voicemail, which seems to take more time to respond than when I use an old phone number for you (when I leave a voicemail on the old phone number I have, it seems to get answered more quickly). Best chance to reach a human is by calling early in the day. Later in the day usually results in my call being rolled over to voice mail.

We recently had a service call from Dalton. He is by far the best Service tech from any company we have ever encountered. He is extremely helpful, will answer all our questions and goes out of his way to be helpful. HANG ON TO DALTON! Your product is very good and we would recommend it to anyone.
