There seems to be a change in a positive way at Culligan. In the past, I've had trouble reaching someone and getting the information that I needed. Recently, when I reached out to schedule a technician appointment for a wifi sink button that I'd been trying to get for the last year+, someone answered and was SO helpful. I'm on the schedule for the relatively simple installation this month. Also, my most recent maintenance went really smoothly. I thought it was just going to be a drop-off of salt, but I was contacted by the delivery guy (who was amazing. I'm sorry I don't remember his name today), he changed my filter and installed the salt. He cleaned up after himself, which was fantastic and a new thing! I've been with you guys for about 8 years and I'm recently VERY happy about these positive changes there. Thanks for your help!
