The transition from ultra hard, chlorinated water to Culligan water is something I wish I had done years ago. We had Dalton today to service our RO system. He was so personable and explained everything he was doing! While he was here we asked him to check on our water softening system. He did this and went over and above my expectations explaining how it worked !I now have a better understanding of these systems because of Dalton. He is a great example of how customer service should be!!
