Excellent, clean, pure, soft water. No concern about drinking water, cooking water. Plumbing fixtures stay clean, laundry is cleaner and less detergent is necessary. Showering is a pleasure with soft water leaving no scum on skin.

I am on a water service that has extremely hard water with lots of limestone and calcium in it. My Culligan water softener system virtually eliminates all of it, my water is now soft without tastes, and I no longer have build ups in my faucets, shower heads, and hot water heater. I also appreciate the Culligan customer service.

Friendly service but has been difficult to leave a phone message and get a reply back. Last time i wanted to get salt I had to email my rep that sold me the water softener to get a call back which was right away. They should have more customer service reps answering phones.

Everything, from the start of the delivery to the actual delivery. The delivery person notified me two days in advance when he would be delivering. On the day of the actual delivery, he also, took a picture of the water bottle delivered, and placed on my porch. That was awesome and very much appreciated.
