This is my first time using Culligan's home delivery service. I signed up online and was immediately contacted to sort out the details. I received my first 3 bottles and have thoroughly enjoyed the the taste of the water. I thought my water was on auto delivery but when it didn't show up close to time, I called customer service and the rep not only got me set up for auto delivery but was able to get me new bottles delivered quickly so I wouldn't have to wait until the following month. Needless to say, I am pleased with my water and the service I have received.
A huge shout out to Dalton who serviced our kitchen filter and soft water tank today. First off, Dalton is a complete gentleman (something you don't see much of today). Dalton called prior to arrival and arrived exactly on time. He serviced our filters and explained what he needed to do, all with a smile on his face.
I wanted to take the time to write this note of appreciation on behalf of Dalton as he is an excellent representative for Culligan.
Uh, the technician dalton here in Nashville, tennessee was very informative of testing my water. I already have a culligan uh reverse osmosis that, that a year and a half old. And he was very up. You knew what he was talking about with the the, the chemical testing and the particle testing, etc, etc. So appreciate that dalton and nashville, tennessee.
Dalton, he came out was very, very, very good, very thorough, mary con, very nice. And I definitely would like for him to come next time that we need service. And he said he would.
